🔧 Service Overview We offer mailbox post-only replacement services. This includes: - Delivery of a new mailbox post - Removal of the existing mailbox post - Secure installation of the new mailbox post into the ground at existing location 📌 This service does not include mailbox replacement or installation of a new mailbox . The existing mailbox must be in decent condition. 📍 Service Area post-only replacement is currently available in: [Spartanburg County, Greenville County, Laurens County ] If you are outside this area, please contact us before placing an order. ⏱ Scheduling & Turnaround We will contact you within 24 hours before service window to confirm our arrival. Installations are completed within the chosen time frame of your scheduled window. Installation is weather-permitting and may be rescheduled due to unsafe conditions. 💵 Payments & Refunds Full payment is required at the time of booking. Installation fees are non-refundable after the service has been completed. If your post is found to be unusable at the time of service, we will issue a partial refund (product cost only) or reschedule upon request for post repair/replacement. 🚫 Box Condition Requirements To proceed with post replacement: - Your existing box must be sturdy, straight, and compatible with the selected mailbox. - We reserve the right to cancel the installation if the box is damaged or rusted. 📦 Delivery Method Mailbox post is delivered and installed on-site during your scheduled service window. We do not leave posts uninstalled unless specifically arranged. ⚠️ Warranty & Responsibility The mailbox post product is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
